April Briggs worked as a traffic management coordinator at Fort Bliss, Texas, a United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) installation.
Like many soldiers, April received her Basic Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina.
At Fort Biggs, headquarters for the El Paso Intelligence Center, April oversaw the loading and offloading of military aircraft and personnel.
